Jane Clugston

What UTB has to say about our colleague Jane:

A Theatre Artist extraordinaire. From period costume props at the Oregon Shakespeare Festival, to sculptor for Will Vinton Productions, to clown masks for Cirque du Soliel, Jane has established herself as a national design treasure.

Designing and crafting the masks for the goddesses/gods in Mr. Stuart's production of Metamorphoses (Artists Repertory Theatre) as well as the masks for the modern commedia piece A Lovely Day which premiered in Autumn, 2007.

Jane is the co-director of Old Boggins Puppet Theatre, one of Portland's most provocative new performance spaces....a sacred puppet theatre within a carriage house. What could be better, we ask?
