Jennifer Le Blanc
is a charter member of UTB, having appeared in many of its initial projects including Pericles, Tymon, Lysistrata Project, Art Is Peace, Three Blooms (a co-production with Word for Word) and The Inkwell Communiqués.

Ms. Le Blanc recently completed her MFA in acting at the National Theatre Conservatory in Denver, Colorado appearing in graduate productions of The Texas Trilogy, The Taming of the Shrew, Mulan, The Grapes of Wrath, The Laramie Project, Harvey, and appearing mainstage at the Denver Theatre Center in Pride & Prejudice and Our House. This past summer she appeared in Love's Labours Lost, The Three Musketeers and MacBeth at the Colorado Shakespeare Festival.

Other roles include Eurydice in Sarah Ruhl's Eurydice at Artists Rep in Portland, Ellie Dunn in Porchlight Theatre Company's Heartbreak House in Marin , Desdemona in Marin Shakespeare Company's Othello, Katherine in San Francisco Shakespeare Festival's Love's Labours Lost, Rosalind in Napa Valley Shakespeare Festival's As You Like It, and Corie in Pacific Alliance Stage Company's Barefoot in the Park.

Ms. Le Blanc holds the distinction of participating in almost all of the UTB projects of the first seven years, including Pericles, Lysistrata Project, Three Blooms, Art is Peace, Tymon and The Inkwell Communiqués. I credit her with helping to set the UTB troupe ethic of dance, gesture, object & puppetry work - which were so valuable in these initial productions. She serves as a diligent artistic advisor to the ongoing process and growth of our company. Okay, and she is also a ribald jester who rattles our funny bones...for which we toast her with an ironic and knowing raised eyebrow.
